This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate extensively with Talent Acquisition Partners and the hiring team to gain a comprehensive understanding of job requirements, team dynamics, and the ideal candidate profile, ensuring that the sourcing strategy meets the hiring team's needs.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques and platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, technical forums, social media, and other networks, to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Create and sustain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
• Reach out to passive candidates through personalized and engaging communication.
• Work closely with TA Partners and the hiring team to provide insights that improve candidate selection and streamline processes.
• Maintain accurate and current records in the applicant tracking system.
• Identify and participate in job fairs that enhance the recruitment brand of UT Health San Antonio.
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience is required.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative skills.
• Ability to comprehend the needs of hiring managers.
• Capability to understand and manage expectations effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and decision-making skills.
