This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Facilitate the selection processes for key vacancies and high-volume operational roles.
• Engage in projects that demand agility, organization, patience, and resilience.
• Accurately identify, attract, interview, and select candidates.
• Simultaneously manage a significant number of open positions and candidates.
• Ensure compliance with hiring deadlines and targets agreed upon with clients.
• Promote job openings and source candidates through various channels.
• Evaluate resumes and conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates.
• Execute both individual and group interviews.
• Organize large-scale recruitment events and high-volume selection initiatives.
• Prepare assessments and present candidates to clients effectively.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout all phases of the hiring process.
• Actively work to minimize no-shows and candidate dropouts.
• Keep internal systems and controls current at all times.
• Utilize our ATS, InfoJobs/Pandapé, and other relevant platforms.
• Foster open, transparent, and professional communication with both clients and candidates.
• Track indicators, deadlines, and closing targets diligently.
• Demonstrated experience in generalist Recruitment & Selection, ideally within staffing or recruitment agencies.
• Background in high-volume operational positions such as fast food, customer service, production, logistics, cleaning, general services, and retail.
• Capability to also handle strategic roles and more complex positions.
• Patience and resilience to effectively manage a large volume of candidates, interview no-shows, dropouts, and replacements.
• Agility to operate under tight deadlines and multiple demands simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills, discipline, a sense of urgency, and a focus on successfully closing hires.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with ATS, particularly InfoJobs/Pandapé, and other recruitment platforms.
• CNPJ or MEI registered to function under the PJ (contractor) model.
