This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Sourcing. Identify and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screening. Review resumes and applications to pinpoint qualified candidates.
• Interviewing. Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for the company culture.
• Advertising. Aid in the creation and posting of job advertisements.
• Database Management and Analysis. Maintain candidate databases and monitor recruitment metrics.
• Candidate Experience. Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Collaboration. Work together with HR and hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and job specifications.
• Talent Scouting. Identify talent on various hiring platforms such as Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Trend Monitoring. Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• ATS Utilization. Leverage an applicant tracking system (ATS) to optimize processes and ensure accurate candidate records.
• Enthusiasm. Eager to ask questions and learn more about individuals and their experiences, moving candidates swiftly through the pipeline.
• Presentation. Professionally represent our company to potential hires, helping to generate excitement about opportunities at Spiralyze.
• Quick Learner. Grasp what Spiralyze does and how different roles operate, clearly communicating this to candidates.
• Attention to Detail. Demonstrate keen attention to detail when reviewing resumes and interacting with candidates.
• Organization. Ability to manage multiple candidates for various roles, including tracking their status, resumes, interview notes, and assessments.
• Communication. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Language. Proficiency in English is required.
• Tools. Familiarity with ATS tools is essential.
• Nice to Have. Experience in hiring or working with UI/UX designers is a plus, along with an understanding of design roles and creative portfolios.
• Entry-Level (0-3 years of experience). We invite recent graduates and early-career professionals with a demonstrated interest in the HR field!
