This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Sustain and grow Dane Street’s physician panel.
• Negotiate physician fees adhering to established guidelines.
• Onboard new physicians in response to client needs.
• Ensure prompt resolution of all open service requests (OSRs).
• Conduct outreach for refunds or recoupments.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal departments when collections are necessary.
• Maintain current physician records.
• Research and identify new panel options as required.
• Negotiate rates and contract terms following company guidelines.
• Gather necessary documentation.
• Lead the renegotiation of contracts for existing physicians.
• Address complex client requests.
• Assist physician reviewers with their inquiries.
• Fulfill high-priority OSRs by recruiting suitable specialists.
• Support additional projects and tasks as directed by leadership.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in physician recruitment within a healthcare or insurance setting.
• Strong preference for familiarity with provider networks and healthcare operations.
• In-depth knowledge of physician recruitment, medical specialties, and associated terminology.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of federal and state healthcare compliance standards.
• Outstanding time management, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
