Manager, Freelance Recruiting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee a high-performing global freelancer recruitment team, offering daily guidance and management to meet network growth objectives.

• Execute and manage the complete recruitment request fulfillment process, ensuring daily progress and monitoring recruitment KPIs to maintain operational delivery efficiency.

• Conduct pre-sales discovery and scoping discussions to align the necessary freelancer volume with anticipated pipeline demands.

• Enhance workflow and process efficiency throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle, particularly focusing on improving external freelancer sourcing, onboarding, and activation rates.

• Oversee the strategic management of recruitment-related support tickets, ensuring compliance with SLAs and fostering a positive freelancer experience.

• Establish a collaborative cross-functional feedback mechanism with internal delivery teams to enhance freelance testing opportunity design and communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in managing a high-volume global talent acquisition team, strategic TA Operations, or overseeing localized freelance/crowdsourced talent marketplaces.

• Proven experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and contemporary sourcing methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability in data analytics, using data tools to track marketplace dynamics, pipeline metrics, and team performance.

• Practical experience in developing talent acquisition strategies, managing localized recruitment budgets, implementing new sourcing channels, and leading initiatives for process improvement.

• Experience in implementing tools or workflows that streamline sourcing, vetting, and onboarding processes.
