This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Take charge of the comprehensive nursing recruitment process from 1 to 100.
• Enhance the recruitment of 1099 Registered Nurses through various methods including sourcing, referrals, outbound campaigns, partnerships, social media, and tailored market acquisition strategies.
• Ensure a robust supply of clinicians in current markets while facilitating growth into new areas.
• Create targeted acquisition strategies for newly initiated states and regions that are underserved.
• Detect bottlenecks and conversion challenges throughout the recruitment funnel, implementing process enhancements as needed.
• Guarantee that recruiting and onboarding processes align with state licensing, compliance, and partner specifications.
• Develop recruiting strategies at the state level in markets where demand trends are becoming apparent.
• Establish standardized playbooks for clinician acquisition in new territories.
• Assess labor market conditions, nurse density, competition, and geographical coverage to guide expansion strategies.
• Construct and oversee dashboards that track funnel conversion rates and the health of the recruitment pipeline.
• Over 5 years of recruiting experience, encompassing both individual contributor roles and operational or strategic responsibilities.
• Background in high-volume marketplace recruiting, supply-side recruiting, or similar environments.
• Proficiency in building and querying datasets to extract valuable insights.
• Experience in creating or refining proprietary playbooks and innovative tactics that yield recruiting success.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and propel initiatives forward.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Experience in healthcare recruiting, ideally within home infusion, specialty pharmacy, home health, or mobile healthcare models (preferred).
• Knowledge of legal, operational, and compliance aspects related to independent contractor (1099) models (preferred).
• Understanding of nurse licensure, credentialing, and compliance requirements across various states (preferred).
