Research Recruitment Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Participant Recruitment and Scheduling: Aid in identifying, screening, and organizing participants for both in-person and remote studies.

• Research Logistics: Oversee study preparation, manage session invitations, monitor attendance, and ensure seamless execution on the day of the event.

• Communication Management: Act as a liaison for participants by sending confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.

• Data Tracking and Documentation: Keep precise records of participants and projects; assist with updates to the panel database.

• Tool Support: Help manage and arrange research tools, documentation, and shared resources.

• Incentive Processing: Support the processing of participant payments and guarantee timely distribution of incentives.

• Collaboration: Partner closely with senior leaders to pinpoint process enhancements and boost team efficiency.

• Administrative Support: Offer general coordination and administrative assistance for ongoing research projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in research coordination, project coordination, marketing operations, or administrative support (experience in SaaS, gaming, or agency settings is a plus).

• Highly organized and detail-focused, with excellent time management capabilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capable of multitasking effectively while maintaining composure under pressure.

• Proficient with tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, Respondent, UserInterviews, and/or Qualtrics.

• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative team environment.

• Enthusiastic about understanding users and enhancing digital experiences in the iGaming sector.

• Experience in iGaming is not mandatory but would be a valuable asset!
