Talent Acquisition Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Utilizes relevant channels and tools to attract qualified candidates for open positions.

• Investigates innovative approaches to enhance our employer brand, including special interest groups, job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking events.

• Demonstrates a strong understanding of organizational dynamics and effectively communicates Corpay’s employee and client value propositions.

• Conducts interviews to assess applicants' work experience, education, skills, competencies, and salary expectations.

• Concisely summarizes candidate insights from phone screenings and recommends suitable candidates.

• Organizes and coordinates interview processes, providing prompt feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Delivers regular, data-driven updates to HR leadership regarding recruiting progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a similar fast-paced, high-volume setting.

• Prior sourcing experience in Operations, professional roles, IT, and/or sales.

• Demonstrated ability to strategize, prioritize, and devise innovative methods to attract talent and build candidate pipelines.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and database systems, including ATS programs.

• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.

• Knowledge of behavioral, situational, and/or competency-based interviewing techniques.
