Talent Acquisition Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage qualified candidates from both technical and non-technical fields.

• Create and implement specific sourcing strategies for current job openings.

• Perform initial outreach to candidates and conduct phone screenings.

• Establish and sustain talent pipelines by utilizing professional networks, social media, and sourcing tools.

• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to grasp hiring needs.

• Assist in recruiting events, focused hiring initiatives, and career fairs.

• Keep accurate records of candidates and sourcing activities in applicant tracking and CRM systems.

• Use market knowledge and sourcing data to deliver recruiting insights and suggestions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting.

• Proficient in sourcing passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, Juicebox, or similar platforms.

• Experience in sourcing talent in fields such as engineering, technical, business, operations, supply chain, or related areas.

• Knowledge of sourcing candidates who require security clearances.

• Strong skills in candidate engagement and screening.

• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting settings is preferred.

• Prior recruiting or sourcing experience within the aerospace and defense sector is preferred.
