Talent Acquisition Screener – RPO, Graduate Hiring

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Assess and critique graduate-level virtual interviews utilizing structured, impartial rubrics.

• Implement client-specific standards and ensure equitable, consistent evaluations.

• Recognize exceptional moments, concerns, and warning signs, keeping Talent Leads updated.

• Operate in a dynamic, high-volume setting while upholding review quality.

• Adhere to service level agreements and maintain quality benchmarks.

• Adjust to client workflow modifications and new evaluation methodologies or frameworks.

• Provide timely feedback and insights to internal teams.

• Take responsibility for tasks and deliver results with integrity.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Contribute to an inclusive, equitable, data-driven hiring process.

• Familiarity with structured interviews or candidate evaluation methods is a plus.

• Experience in high-volume or graduate recruitment is beneficial.
