This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for designated requisitions, which encompasses sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and aiding in pre-employment activities.
• Assist in surge hiring efforts across various federal government contracts as well as internal corporate roles.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership, hiring managers, and program leadership to create effective recruiting strategies and implement hiring plans.
• Recruit for clinical, healthcare, technical, engineering, cybersecurity, intelligence, administrative, and professional labor categories in support of federal government clients.
• Identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, iCIMS ATS, job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and other sourcing tools.
• Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates' technical qualifications, experience, compensation expectations, availability, and overall suitability.
• Establish and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Coordinate candidate interviews while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare and extend job offers while guiding candidates through pre-employment and onboarding processes.
• Keep thorough and accurate records of candidates, recruiting activities, interview feedback, and requisition updates within iCIMS.
• Ensure timely applicant dispositioning and uphold ATS data integrity to support compliance and recruiting metrics.
• Adhere to OFCCP regulations, EEO requirements, affirmative action obligations, and company recruiting policies.
• Assist in proposal staffing efforts, incumbent captures, and rapid-response recruiting initiatives.
• Engage in recruiting strategy meetings, workforce planning discussions, and Talent Acquisition team initiatives.
• Represent PSI at recruiting events, military transition events, career fairs, conferences, and networking events as necessary.
• Support recruitment marketing initiatives, employer branding efforts, and other Talent Acquisition projects as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; additional relevant recruiting experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting federal government contracts is necessary.
• Proven experience recruiting for one or more of the following: DoD, DHA, VA, DHS, civilian federal agencies, or other government contracting environments.
• Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, and passive recruiting techniques.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with candidates, hiring managers, and executive leadership.
• Strong organizational capabilities with extraordinary attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing demands while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
• Capacity to quickly adapt to shifting hiring priorities and business needs.
