📋 Description

• Analyze and assess AI-generated content related to talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and hiring practices.

• Evaluate AI recommendations regarding candidate assessment, interview procedures, and applicant experience, offering practical insights.

• Construct realistic scenarios and case studies utilizing your expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Create variations of scenarios that reflect industry best practices, compliance requirements, and risk considerations.

• Detect risks and areas for improvement in AI-generated outputs, providing precise and actionable feedback.

• Direct AI models to more accurately represent real-world concepts of recruitment and talent acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR, preferably within the EU or UK markets.

• Strong grasp of recruitment processes, best practices, and compliance regulations.

• Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.

• Comfortable working asynchronously on freelance assignments (8–20 hours/week).
