Talent Acquisition R&D Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Business leaders, Hiring Managers, Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition leadership to comprehend current and future vacancies, crafting comprehensive Sourcing Strategies.

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of BeOne: familiarize yourself with the leaders, various departments, growth plans, and the intersection of the business model, mission, and values.

• Work closely with the Recruiter for each search, establishing rapport and a robust partnership, providing a transparent view of your strategy, approach, results, and challenges for each search, ensuring their support and buy-in.

• Participate in Hiring Manager intake sessions with the Recruiter, taking the lead when appropriate.

• Grasp each potential candidate's "career problem" and effectively communicate how the BeOne opportunity can address these issues.

• When appropriate, offer research, market intelligence, and insights to Senior Leadership.

• Build talent pipelines for future roles by curating and managing a pool of candidates for critical positions on an ongoing basis.

• Provide updated candidate reports to keep the Recruiter and Hiring Managers informed about the active candidates for each search.

• Continuously develop and refine your candidate pitch to attract top talent, adjusting it based on new data and market conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

• More than 5 years of experience focused on sourcing passive candidates.

• Sourcing experience at all levels.

• Prior experience in recruiting within the BioPharma Industry, specifically supporting R&D functions.

• Exceptional technical skills and an analytical mindset that enjoys research-related tasks.

• Proficiency in using Chrome extensions and/or automation tools as part of daily workflows.

• Agile mindset, adaptable, capable of quickly pivoting while managing multiple sourcing projects simultaneously, and identifying the best sourcing solutions and techniques based on the search requirements.

• Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter Advanced Search Features.
