This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Foster and enhance relationships with customers to capitalize on profitable growth opportunities within designated key customer accounts and new clients throughout Europe.
• Propel strategic growth across pan-European key accounts by deepening existing customer relationships and exploring new business opportunities within current clients, with a focus on new target accounts.
• Establish extensive, multi-level engagement across regional operations, manufacturing facilities, and product categories to identify, secure, and convert high-value project and sales opportunities while reinforcing long-term account partnerships.
• Create and implement account business plans that detail customer strategies, requirements, sales forecasts, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate closely with all departments, including R&D, Manufacturing, Purchasing, QC/QA, and Finance, to provide exceptional service to customers and prospects.
• Cultivate and oversee a pipeline of projects, consistently following up to ensure their successful completion.
• Relevant technical or sales experience within a B2B food environment.
• A strategic mindset for developing business and acquiring new accounts, accompanied by the drive and passion to succeed!
• Ability to navigate large accounts and partner with key decision-makers for innovative new product development projects, necessitating expertise in selling technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience.
• Proficiency in English is essential; additional European languages would be advantageous.
• Willingness to travel regularly within your territory and to other EU countries to meet clients and attend trade shows.
