This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for technical GTM positions (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Customer Success Engineering)
• Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, and Product to develop hiring strategies and plans
• Establish and fine-tune hiring criteria and interview methodologies
• Create focused talent pipelines from SaaS, cybersecurity, and cloud industries
• Perform high-quality screenings, evaluating both technical expertise and customer-facing skills
• Enhance candidate experience and drive offers in competitive job markets
• Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and leadership
• Over 6 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, specifically in technical roles
• Extensive experience in hiring for customer-facing technical positions (TAM / SE / SA)
• Capability to evaluate technical fundamentals (architecture, APIs, integrations) at a practical level
• In-depth understanding of customer-facing dynamics (communication, ownership, problem-solving)
• Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud environments is a significant advantage
• Exceptional sourcing and outbound recruiting skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced startup setting
