Talent Acquisition Partner, German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with one or more expanding businesses in Europe.

• Establish recruitment processes, scorecards, interviews, and analytics for each procedure.

• Maintain and enhance relationships regularly with key stakeholders.

• Analyze optimal candidate sources, advertise effectively, and conduct sourcing activities.

• Ensure the sustainability of projects and deliver tailored solutions for our clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both English and German, with a minimum proficiency of C1 required.

• Reside in the EMEA region or within the CEST time zone (±2 hours) to maintain alignment with team and client schedules.

• Possess at least 3+ years of experience in Commercial, Tech, or Operations recruitment, ideally within a rapidly growing environment.

• Practical experience with ATS systems.

• Proactively generate and implement ideas to enhance your clients' hiring processes.

• Adopt an in-house recruiter perspective, focusing on the long-term success of the company rather than merely filling positions.

• Strong grasp of a comprehensive recruitment process and fostering a positive candidate experience.

• Capability to leverage data for informed decision-making and achieving results.
