This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor on strategic human resources and other aspects that influence business outcomes.

• Ensure that People Services initiatives are in harmony with DaVita’s culture, values, and mission.

• Implement People Services strategies to meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with corporate People Services departments, including Teammate Relations, Compensation, Benefits, and Recruiting.

• Function as an internal consultant and strategist to achieve favorable business results.

• Guarantee compliance with People Services policies.

• Ensure adherence to findings and action plans from Teammate Relations.

• Relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities related to strategic human resources and People Services.

• Capability to advise business leadership on strategic HR issues.

• Ability to collaborate with Teammate Relations, Compensation, Benefits, and Recruiting teams.

• Competence to ensure adherence to policies and compliance with findings and action plans.

• Qualified candidates may undergo pre-employment substance abuse testing and background verification.
