This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing to offer management and onboarding handover.
• Employ a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify suitable candidates.
• Create and implement effective candidate attraction strategies by utilizing insights and collaborating closely with Talent Attraction teams as needed.
• Engage candidates with a personalized and compelling career opportunity that aligns with their motivations and experiences.
• Evaluate candidates against role specifications, technical capabilities, behavioral compatibility, and business requirements.
• Ensure that every phase of the recruitment process is inclusive and provides a positive experience for candidates.
• Assist in offer discussions and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting GE Vernova’s talent brand and disseminating relevant content through the appropriate channels.
• Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to grasp priorities, challenges, and talent requirements.
• Lead recruitment efforts for positions of varying complexity, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Advise and influence hiring managers by leveraging market insights, talent availability data, and recruitment best practices.
• Communicate proactively and consistently to ensure alignment, eliminate obstacles, and drive progress.
• Accurately and promptly manage candidate and requisition activities within the ATS to maintain strong data integrity and reliable reporting.
• Stay updated on recruitment market trends, sourcing tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Share pertinent insights with the broader TA team to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
• Apply Lean principles to identify opportunities for enhancing recruitment processes, minimizing inefficiencies, and improving the overall talent acquisition service.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and negotiating offers and proposals.
• Strong ability to source candidates through various channels and platforms.
• Capability to evaluate candidates based on technical requirements, behaviors, and role suitability.
• Confidence in utilizing recruitment data and market insights to inform decision-making and enhance results.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple roles and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail and dedication to maintaining accurate ATS records and reporting activities.
• Experience in corporate recruitment is advantageous, while agency recruitment experience may also be beneficial.
• A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach to talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in using AI and digital tools.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
