Talent Acquisition Partner, Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for both full-time and part-time roles.

• Foster strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

• Build and maintain candidate relationships to guarantee satisfaction and uphold quality standards.

• Perform online searches, evaluate resumes, publish job vacancies, arrange interviews, and partner with hiring managers.

• Organize and lead recruitment events while establishing partnerships with community organizations.

• Maintain MasterCorp’s online presence in accordance with brand guidelines.

• Educate new managers on recruitment policies, procedures, Workday, interviewing techniques, and selection protocols.

• Produce weekly and quarterly recruiting reports for business stakeholders.

• Create quarterly and annual hiring forecasts that align with organizational goals.

• Counsel hiring managers utilizing insights on local employment trends, competition, and market challenges.

• Conduct regular reviews with hiring managers and candidates.

• Assist managers and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.

• Meet and exceed KPIs for candidate outreach, interviews, time-to-fill, hires, and sourcing effectiveness.

• Keep abreast of interview techniques, regulatory requirements, systemic processes, and industry trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in high-volume recruitment; experience in hourly staffing is preferred.

• A four-year degree in business or a related discipline is preferred, or a combination of education and experience that is equivalent.

• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple recruiting tasks.

• Experience with ATS and job boards; familiarity with Workday is preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on questioning and listening skills.

• Strong business acumen and the capability to communicate business needs effectively.

• Bilingual in Spanish is a must.

• Capacity to perform necessary physical tasks, including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions.

• Willingness to travel locally for hiring events up to 10% of the time.
