This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of the recruitment process.
• In this position, you will manage the complete end-to-end recruitment processes for our subsidiaries within the Arsipa Group.
• A key focus will be on recruitment in the field of occupational medicine, company medical services, and related operational roles.
• You will collaborate with hiring managers to clarify requirements, define sourcing strategies, and ensure structured selection processes.
• Conducting structured interviews, professional assessments, and providing a respectful candidate experience are integral to your approach.
• You will oversee multiple concurrent vacancies, employing structure, prioritization, and a pragmatic mindset.
• You will identify suitable talent through relevant channels and engage them in a manner appropriate to the target group.
• For challenging and high-volume positions, you will devise creative sourcing strategies.
• You will build sustainable talent pools and foster long-term relationships with promising candidates.
• As an advisory, guiding, and development-focused partner, you will consult with hiring managers, executive teams, and internal stakeholders on recruitment, market outreach, and selection decisions.
• You will confidently manage external recruitment partners as necessary, ensuring alignment in quality, speed, and communication.
• Regular analysis of recruitment metrics will be part of your role, allowing you to derive actionable improvements for processes, channels, and sourcing strategies.
• You will actively contribute to the enhancement of recruiting processes, interview standards, reporting, candidate experience, and employer branding.
• Your participation in team projects will help scale recruitment within a growing corporate group in a professional, efficient, and human-centered manner.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruiting, particularly with a focus on volume recruiting or GTM roles.
• Strong skills in active sourcing and direct outreach tailored to specific target groups.
• Familiarity with ATS, modern recruitment tools, AI applications, and effective prompts.
• Excellent advisory capabilities when collaborating with hiring managers, executive teams, and internal stakeholders.
• You work in a structured, independent, and dependable manner.
• A strong sense for people, communication, and various target groups.
• You enjoy engaging in operational recruiting processes while also enhancing processes, standards, and structures.
• Confident communication skills in German; English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in recruiting for GTM roles, occupational medicine, company medical services, Health & Safety, healthcare, or similar fields.
• Background in building scalable recruiting structures within a growing organization.
• Agency experience or experience in a highly dynamic recruiting environment.
• Knowledge of employer branding, recruiting marketing, or developing target-group-specific campaigns.
• An affinity for KPIs, reporting, and data-driven recruitment approaches.
• Understanding of multi-entity, buy-and-build, or rapidly growing corporate structures.
• 30 days of annual leave.
• Half-day off on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
• Permanent employment contract.
• Fully remote work in Germany or hybrid options at the Berlin office.
