• Oversee the complete recruitment process for US GTM positions

• Develop sourcing strategies tailored for GTM roles

• Partner with leaders in sales and marketing

• Utilize AI tools on a daily basis for sourcing candidates and outreach

• Maintain ownership of your pipeline data

• Minimum of 3 years in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on GTM roles

• Experience in building recruitment pipelines from the ground up

• Proven track record of collaborating closely with sales or marketing leaders

• Familiarity with using AI tools within your recruiting processes

• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
