📋 Description

• Execute comprehensive recruitment processes across Australia and New Zealand, forging strong partnerships with hiring leaders and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor for a diverse range of positions.

• Assist in at least four major hiring intakes annually, with recruitment activities intensifying 6–8 weeks prior to designated start dates.

• Confidently manage multiple roles, priorities, and varying styles of hiring managers.

• Cultivate long-lasting, trustworthy relationships with leaders throughout the organization.

• Provide an exceptional and personalized candidate experience from initial contact to the first day of employment.

• Maintain a balance of speed, quality, and meticulous attention to detail during peak recruitment periods.

• Participate in talent acquisition and business initiatives in addition to routine recruitment tasks.

• Bring fresh ideas, enthusiasm, and a genuine “can-do” attitude.

• Possess over 3 years of experience in in-house or agency talent acquisition.

• Excel at managing several priorities simultaneously while maintaining momentum and attention to detail.

• Work independently and with confidence, demonstrating strong personal accountability.

• Exhibit outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.

• Show genuine concern for the candidate experience and a commitment to ethical practices.
