This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Actively identify and engage top-tier candidates from the Aerospace sector.
• Develop and sustain extensive pipelines of passive candidates through direct headhunting, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry databases, alumni networks, and specialized online communities.
• Perform thorough candidate outreach customized for individuals possessing unique or hard-to-find skill sets.
• Employ a data-driven strategy to prioritize essential roles and pinpoint sourcing challenges.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback loops, offers, and closing.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through consistent, clear communication and personalized engagement.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions, hiring criteria, and structured interview processes.
• Drive closing strategies and negotiate compensation, ensuring alignment with candidate expectations and company objectives.
• Represent The Exploration Company at conferences, industry meetups, university programs, and online events.
• Create targeted outreach campaigns and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top technical talent.
• Position The Exploration Company as a frontrunner in both space innovation and workplace culture.
• Stay informed about industry trends, compensation data, competitor actions, and labor market changes in aerospace, defense, and emerging technologies.
• Map organizations and talent pools, especially in stealth companies or niche areas.
• Provide market insights to leadership to assist in workforce planning and strategic hiring.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting within the UAE Aerospace sector.
• Experience in in-house recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully headhunting rare or passive candidates in a competitive talent market.
• Experience in hiring for positions such as spacecraft systems engineers, propulsion engineers, GNC specialists, mission control experts, flight software engineers, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of technical skills, job functions, and differentiators in space-related domains.
• Skilled at quickly establishing trust with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Resilient, proactive, organized, and mission-focused.
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from role intake and sourcing strategy to closing.
• Create candidate journeys that embody our values, mission, and international culture.
• Advise hiring teams on market benchmarks, skill availability, and trends in UAE aerospace recruitment.
