This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more state.
β’ Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the complete recruitment process for technical positions, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and providing guidance to stakeholders on recruitment best practices and procedures.
β’ Talent Strategy: Collaborate closely with leaders in Engineering, Product, and Data to grasp team requirements and offer recruitment strategies that attract top talent for Super.com, particularly for our non-technical, business teams.
β’ Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Actively seek candidates and sustain a talent pipeline through various methods, including networking, social media, and direct outreach.
β’ Candidate Experience: As the initial representative of Super.com, guarantee that candidates enjoy a positive experience through clear communication, prompt feedback, and a structured interview process while conveying the company's culture and values.
β’ Collaboration: Work alongside other members of the Talent Acquisition team to synchronize hiring objectives, exchange best practices, and ensure a cohesive approach to recruitment.
β’ Diversity & Inclusion: Assist in making the recruitment process inclusive and aligned with the company's diversity objectives by applying inclusive hiring practices.
β’ Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor recruitment metrics (such as time to hire and candidate satisfaction) to evaluate the success of recruitment strategies and continuously enhance the process.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in full cycle technical recruitment.
β’ Preferred: At least 2 years of in-house recruitment experience.
β’ Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems, with experience in Ashby considered a plus.
β’ Proven experience in sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn and referrals.
β’ Capable of managing the entire recruitment process with an emphasis on speed, quality, and collaboration.
β’ Excellent communicator who excels in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering a positive candidate experience.
β’ A strong desire to enhance your recruitment skills and contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes.
β’ Bonus points for experience with sourcing tools such as Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other candidate engagement platforms.
β’ Familiarity with the technical talent market, including recruitment trends and challenges associated with these roles.
β’ A comprehensive understanding of recruitment best practices and compensation benchmarks within the technical talent market.
β’ Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and other leaders to develop strong recruitment strategies.
β’ A data-driven approach with the capability to analyze recruitment performance and optimize processes.
