This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Take ownership of the entire recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer and closure.
• Oversee a range of roles across the Americas and EMEA regions.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, partnerships, and market analysis.
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, facilitating effective intake and calibration discussions.
• Actively identify risks, misalignments, and obstacles, and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor funnel performance metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill.
• Maintain pace and momentum across several simultaneous searches.
• Discover opportunities to enhance hiring processes, workflows, and overall outcomes.
• Contribute to and advocate for best practices and continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition team.
• Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience in hiring for Go-To-Market (GTM) or Technical positions.
• Experience with recruitment across the Americas and/or EMEA regions.
• Preferred background in a SaaS or other fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner, influence, and challenge effectively.
• A high ownership mentality; capable of managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to function effectively amidst ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Demonstrated capability to achieve quality results in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable collaborating with remote, global teams across different time zones.
• Strong sourcing skills and disciplined in building talent pipelines.
