This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Design and implement strategic recruiting initiatives to attract, engage, and activate qualified independent contractors that align with program demand and business requirements throughout the Philippines region.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting activities across designated programs, business areas, and contractor talent segments within the Philippines market.
• Create and implement sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, professional networks, community organizations, educational institutions, referral networks, and workforce partnerships.
• Utilize platforms such as JobStreet, Kalibrr, OnlineJobs.ph, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and local online communities to enhance pipeline development.
• Establish and maintain contractor talent pipelines to meet present and future program demands.
• Identify, evaluate, and guide applicants through the recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a positive applicant experience.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to synchronize recruiting strategies with roster demand, pipeline requirements, and business goals.
• Interact with applicants through phone, email, SMS, virtual events, and various outreach channels.
• Generate and share social media content, email campaigns, and applicant communications tailored to target audiences in the Philippines.
• Support employer branding and contractor opportunity attraction campaigns across diverse channels.
• Provide a high-touch, responsive applicant experience that enhances engagement throughout the recruitment funnel.
• Oversee recruiting workflows, pipeline activities, class enrollment coordination, readiness milestones, and status management within recruiting systems.
• Track pipeline performance, conversion rates, roster readiness, and recruiting metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Refine recruiting processes, screening workflows, messaging, and recruitment marketing resources to boost efficiency, applicant engagement, and recruitment results.
• Ensure accurate data maintenance and consistent documentation of recruiting activities across systems and reporting tools.
• Develop and sustain relationships with workforce organizations, universities, community groups, and professional associations in the Philippines to aid contractor pipeline development.
• Represent Liveops at virtual and in-person events, online job fairs, and workforce development initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders and internal stakeholders to align recruiting efforts with roster planning, program needs, and business priorities.
• Provide reports on recruiting performance, funnel analytics, market insights, and roster readiness updates to assist in strategic planning and recruitment roundtable discussions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, workforce development, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and applicant pipelines.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, and reporting tools.
• Experience in recruiting and engaging remote or offshore contractor talent populations, specifically in the Philippines market.
• Background in supporting customer support, healthcare, insurance, or contractor-based workforce programs.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM systems, and recruiting automation tools.
• Experience in recruitment marketing, community partnerships, and workforce development initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including experience with recruiting analytics tools.
