This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Head of People & Culture to develop and uphold a high-performing talent acquisition and onboarding strategy.
• Take ownership of and manage the complete recruiting and staffing process.
• Utilize innovative techniques to source and attract both active and passive top talent.
• Establish and maintain an interview scoring model while analyzing the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
• Work alongside executives and department managers to define job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Coordinate interview schedules and oversee the development of interview questions and selection materials.
• Partner with hiring managers to discuss offers, salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and related details.
• Execute employer-branding initiatives both online and offline.
• Create recruitment materials aimed at enhancing employer-brand recognition.
• Cultivate a network of qualified candidates.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Compile and assess recruiting metrics, reporting on staffing KPIs.
• Oversee onboarding processes for new hires and contractors.
• Manage external relationships with colleges, job boards, and ATS vendors.
• Participate in and organize recruitment events.
• Oversee the overall H1B visa process.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on recruiting experience is essential.
• Experience in technology and/or financial services is preferred.
• Strong focus on customer service, both internally and externally.
• Capability to recruit across creative, technical operations, and administrative roles.
• Demonstrated organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information effectively.
• Knowledge of hiring and recruitment laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficient in LinkedIn sourcing techniques and applicant-tracking software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills along with effective negotiation tactics.
• Self-motivated individual with strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, prioritize workload, and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with Paylocity and Salesforce is a plus.
• PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
• Must have the ability to work remotely with a dedicated virtual workspace and family care during business hours.
• Internet speed of 50 Mbps or greater is required for individual use.
