This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide guidance and collaborate directly with hiring managers to deliver comprehensive life cycle recruiting.
• Implement internal talent acquisition strategies by utilizing best-practice initiatives and techniques to source, identify, attract, and hire talent.
• Conduct recruitment across Client Development, Wealth Management, Wealth Solutions, Technology, and corporate functions.
• Source, select, screen, interview, and assess candidates throughout the complete recruitment process.
• Innovatively find passive candidates and develop candidate networks for both current and future opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategies through proactive communication and a consultative approach.
• Leverage recruiting insights, recruitment outcomes, and competitive market intelligence to shape strategies and influence internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leaders to enhance Mercer Advisors’ talent strategy.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and experience to both candidates and internal partners.
• Work alongside the Vice President of Talent Acquisition on negotiations with temporary and contract agencies, managing relationships, scheduling, and screening agency referrals.
• Create, post, and sustain engaging job advertisements.
• Provide prompt updates on recruitment placements, challenges, and communications with managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and applicant records in Greenhouse.
• Contribute to best-practice recruitment and retention strategies to establish a high-caliber workforce.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Develop and implement Talent Acquisition priorities and projects, including the employee referral program.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment (at least 24 months).
• Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of roles across the business.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills are essential.
• Previous experience in the RIA sector or financial services is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with recruiting systems; experience with Greenhouse is highly valued.
• Strong business acumen is required.
• Proven ability to deliver results and influence stakeholders.
• A strong service-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
• Capable of fostering collaboration and teamwork.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to exercise good judgment, prioritize effectively, and plan work meticulously.
• Timely follow-through and follow-up are essential.
• Must maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate extreme discretion.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, adapt, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy.
• Skillful in addressing sensitive and confidential issues objectively, with a comprehensive understanding of HR requirements.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and engage in meaningful conversations both by phone and in person.
• Professional judgment and diplomacy are necessary.
• Capable of operating strategically and tactically in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
• A BA/BS degree is highly preferred (not mandatory).
