This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruiting cycle for salaried professional roles

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and create effective hiring strategies

• Source, evaluate, interview, and guide candidates throughout the recruitment journey

• Establish proactive talent pipelines utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and various sourcing tools

• Offer consultative support to hiring managers during the recruitment process

• Organize interviews, facilitate feedback, and handle job offers

• Ensure a remarkable candidate experience from the first outreach to onboarding

• Track recruiting activities within the applicant tracking system and deliver regular updates on hiring

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience

• Proven experience in recruiting salaried professional or corporate roles

• Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to handle multiple job requisitions at once

• Experience with applicant tracking systems

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
