• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for clients, guiding the entire hiring process from initial role discussions through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.

• Cultivate robust relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates, while offering market insights and talent intelligence to enhance hiring outcomes.

• Possess expert recruitment abilities, take ownership of processes, and maintain a mindset oriented towards continuous improvement to provide outstanding experiences and fulfill partnership SLAs.

• You are a seasoned recruiter with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing targets and expectations.

• You excel in client stakeholder management and can swiftly establish rapport with all colleagues.

• You can tailor your interpersonal approach to effectively interact with diverse personality types.

• You possess strong recruitment fundamentals, capable of managing roles from start to finish.

• You are organized and technologically adept, ensuring thorough follow-through on actions and maintaining process control.

• You demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt to new roles and industries.

• You are beginning to develop skills in interpreting reports and providing insights from Talent Intelligence.

• You can quickly acquire in-depth knowledge of specific industries or maintain a strong generalist perspective across various sectors and roles.

• You exhibit high attention to detail, ensuring that the ATS and all related documentation are consistently accurate and upheld to a high standard.
