This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process for both engineering and business positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers from the onset of job openings to ensure alignment with the organization's objectives.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and introduce innovative ideas to enhance our brand presence.
• Organize, attend, and represent Infomediji (DeoVR) at various events, conferences, and community gatherings to expand and strengthen our talent network.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent sourcing abilities and a strategic insight into locating and attracting top talent.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with hiring managers across all levels, from Lead to Executive.
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a proactive and ownership-oriented approach.
• Background or interest in employer branding, event management, and community involvement.
• Proficient in English (B2 level); proficiency in Russian is an advantage.
