This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead the Brazil Talent Acquisition function from start to finish, acting as the main point of contact for all hiring requirements — encompassing workforce planning, stakeholder management, and full-cycle recruitment.
• Take ownership of the recruiting process for Brazil, ensuring consistency, alignment, and the sharing of best practices within the global Talent Acquisition framework.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, fostering strong partnerships and providing data-driven insights, market intelligence, and strategic hiring recommendations.
• Identify gaps and opportunities within the Brazil hiring landscape, driving continuous improvement and scalability while upholding global standards.
• Utilize analytics to guide decisions by developing and interpreting dashboards, KPIs, and talent reports that inform hiring strategies and leadership discussions.
• Contribute to global HR and Talent initiatives, supporting broader programs centered on culture, performance, and organizational development.
• Lead local employer branding initiatives, crafting authentic and engaging campaigns (utilizing tools like Canva) to enhance our visibility in the Brazil market.
• Improve recruitment operations by optimizing tools, workflows, and data accuracy within Workday and other recruiting platforms.
• Recruit across various regions as needed — experience in hiring for other markets, especially the U.S., is a significant advantage.
• Over 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within a global organization, managing end-to-end recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment, with experience hiring across multiple regions — familiarity with the U.S. market is an asset.
• A strategic and analytical approach — adept at leveraging data, KPIs, and market insights to shape hiring strategies and sway stakeholders.
• Creative and innovative — capable of producing compelling employer branding campaigns and recruitment content (e.g., utilizing Canva) to draw in top talent.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities — proficient at advising and influencing leaders at all levels, balancing business requirements with talent strategy.
• Independent and resourceful — excels in uncertainty, proactively addressing issues and recognizing opportunities for process enhancement.
• Bilingual in Portuguese and English, with superb verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other ATS tools; comfortable troubleshooting and enhancing recruiting processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Brazilian talent market, including sourcing strategies, hiring practices, and local employment trends.
• Collaborative mindset — able to work across global teams while managing regional processes and ensuring alignment with global best practices.
• Fully remote position with a monthly home office allowance of R$180.00.
