This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire recruiting process, starting from intake and job briefing through to sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and closing.
• Conduct recruitment activities across designated business areas including Manufacturing, Sourcing, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and Quality.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with hiring managers, serving as their trusted advisor and primary contact.
• Identify and engage both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and talent communities.
• Administer candidate pipelines and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure accuracy of recruitment data and adherence to processes.
• Share expertise, best practices, and market knowledge with colleagues.
• Enhance the overall capability of the talent acquisition team.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple job requisitions concurrently.
• A high school diploma or equivalent, accompanied by 4 years of recruiting experience, will also be taken into account.
• Practical sourcing experience with a proven ability to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Proficient in Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience in recruiting for Manufacturing, Sourcing, EHS, or Quality functions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
