This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, starting from intake and job briefing to sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and closing candidates.
• Conduct recruitment across designated business areas such as Manufacturing, Sourcing, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and Quality.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, serving as their trusted partner and primary recruitment liaison.
• Identify and engage both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and talent communities.
• Oversee candidate pipelines and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure accuracy of recruitment data and adherence to compliance processes.
• Provide knowledge sharing, best practices, and market insights to colleagues to enhance the effectiveness of the talent acquisition team.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong attention to detail along with robust organizational skills.
• Capability to manage multiple requisitions at the same time.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing and a proven history of developing strong candidate pipelines.
• Familiarity with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience in supporting recruitment activities across Manufacturing, Sourcing, EHS, or Quality functions.
• A high school diploma or equivalent, paired with 4 years of recruiting experience, will also be taken into account.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening may be required.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
