📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for GTM and G&A positions, primarily within North America.

• Collaborate with GTM and G&A leadership to offer strategic hiring insights.

• Identify and engage candidates from various backgrounds to promote DEI initiatives.

• Guarantee a smooth candidate experience through efficient, data-driven hiring methodologies.

• Work in partnership with HR, TA Operations, and hiring teams to enhance recruitment procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in GTM and G&A within the SaaS sector.

• At least 3 years of in-house experience at rapidly growing technology firms.

• Demonstrated success in hiring for Enterprise Technical Sales, Marketing, Legal, HR, Finance, and Accounting, including senior-level roles.

• Exceptional skills in sourcing, stakeholder management, and influencing.

• Strong commitment to DEI, data-driven recruitment, and ongoing improvement.

• Familiarity with Workday, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
