This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to determine specifics for open positions, including titles, descriptions, and work locations.
• Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates from public relations agencies across all career stages.
• Secure CFO approval and authorized compensation budgets for new job requisitions.
• Draft job listings and descriptions for authorized job boards.
• Execute full-cycle recruitment, which encompasses sourcing, resume screening, work-sample evaluations, screening interviews, and advancing candidates.
• Oversee interview scheduling, logistics, assessments, and gather candidate feedback.
• Maintain candidate records and track progress within the applicant tracking system.
• Keep pipeline candidates in the ATS for future openings.
• Provide updates on recruitment status to candidates and hiring leaders.
• Create and distribute authorized offer documents.
• Request and document candidate referrals along with their sources.
• Monitor job advertisement effectiveness, candidate quality, and response rates, reporting findings to the Global Head of HR.
• Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices.
• Conduct offboarding processes for designated business units.
• Engage in HR team meetings, projects, and activities.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting public relations and/or marketing professionals.
• Previous agency experience is highly preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in Business English, encompassing reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Experience in recruiting candidates across all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to address recruitment-related issues or challenges.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar prospecting platforms.
• Strong overall communication skills.
• Effective time management abilities.
