This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Assume full responsibility for essential hiring initiatives across designated departments: product, engineering, marketing, creative, finance, legal, operations, sales, and/or customer support.
• Dual focus on individual contributions towards hiring objectives and leadership duties within the team (or program).
• Influence the future of Eneba by developing innovative and resourceful strategies to attract top talent for critical business roles.
• Establish and monitor success metrics throughout the entire candidate and interviewer experience.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to promote cross-functional alignment and enhance team cooperation.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner and/or Recruiting Lead.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing talent programs, including but not limited to:
• Global and/or remote talent acquisition strategies tailored to organizational and market demands;
• Alignment of candidate selection processes with competency frameworks;
• Enhancing the experience for both interviewers and candidates;
• Establishing success metrics and improving team productivity;
• Conducting competitive landscape and talent market research;
• Fostering team collaboration, mentoring, and learning;
• Engaging in employer branding and community outreach.
• Self-motivated learner, enthusiastic about acquiring domain-specific knowledge as business objectives evolve.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency when appropriate, with the ability to prioritize effectively within the team.
• Skilled stakeholder manager, focused on delivering impact.
