• Perform global market research as needed, analyze findings, and incorporate them into TA reports.
• Gather information regarding hiring requirements from stakeholders, document findings, and propose strategies for developing an effective interview process based on these needs, including planning the search strategy.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders and hiring managers throughout each phase of the hiring process, offering guidance and educational support.
• Execute passive recruitment strategies: manage job postings, promote the company's vacancies across various channels, and handle referrals.
• Implement active recruitment tactics: identify suitable candidates and connect with them via professional networks, direct contact details, professional discussions, groups, etc.
• Develop feedback criteria lists for different stages of the hiring process (pre-screen, Cultural Fit, Technical interview, etc.).
• Conduct pre-screening of candidates.
• Offer guidance, updates, and ongoing feedback to each candidate and applicant involved in the hiring process (within one week).
• Organize interviews for candidates and members of the hiring team.
• Interview candidates, assess their skills, and identify the competencies required for specific positions or teams.
• Manage the ATS Lever, ensuring timely logging of all activities, so that every member of the hiring team is kept informed.
• Facilitate candidate onboarding preparations.
• Take ownership of the recruiting process, enhancing it continually to align with the team’s current needs.
• Analyze personal productivity using recruiting metrics and OKRs, and compile reports based on these insights.
• Educate hiring managers and interviewers on effective interview practices and techniques. Build and maintain a robust cross-departmental interviewing framework.
• Contribute to the development of the company's external brand, acting as the company's ambassador across various professional platforms and channels.
• Organize reference checks.
• Engage effectively with the talent pool and candidates who are snoozed.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Current knowledge of recruitment tools, databases, and technologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full recruitment cycle, with experience in maintaining and scaling it.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technology experts to create an efficient interview process and candidate experience.
• Familiarity with the specifics of the IT sector: understanding different business models, professional roles and titles, programming languages/technologies/frameworks/libraries, and the fundamental software development lifecycle.
• Industry knowledge is a significant advantage, particularly regarding the cryptocurrency market, market trends, risks, and key players.
• Proficiency in interviewing techniques: behavioral interview models, open-ended questions, and competency-based approaches, with the ability to assess competencies effectively.
• Understanding of common recruiting metrics, with practical experience in applying them.
• Strong business acumen and a results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills: respectful yet direct and clear, with the ability to manage escalations and process negative feedback.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing effectively, and managing diverse information sources.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to seek information and employ critical thinking.
• Knowledge of international onboarding laws is a plus.
• Proficient in spoken and written English (B2+ level).
