This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of the entire hiring process across various internal functions, including Growth, Sales, Talent Acquisition, Client Success, and Operations.
• Simultaneously manage multiple open positions while ensuring a quick turnaround and maintaining high candidate quality.
• Guide candidates through the hiring pipeline from sourcing to the offer stage, achieving strong conversion rates.
• Actively source top-tier candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing methods.
• Establish and maintain evergreen pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
• Experiment with innovative sourcing strategies to enhance the quality and speed of the pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role specifications, scorecards, and success metrics.
• Provide valuable insights on talent markets, compensation standards, and hiring methodologies.
• Ensure alignment among stakeholders regarding candidate profiles and hiring expectations.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from the initial outreach through to the offer stage.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Represent and enhance Pearl Talent’s employer brand.
• Streamline recruiting workflows, systems, and interview processes.
• Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics, including pipeline health and time-to-fill.
• Develop scalable hiring processes to accommodate company growth.
• 2–5+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house; experience in startups is preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage several open roles and consistently finalize hires.
• Experience in hiring across various business functions, such as Sales, Operations, or Growth.
• Strong sourcing capabilities with the skill to identify, engage, and convert high-quality candidates.
• High level of ownership and accountability with a collaborative approach towards hiring managers.
• Structured and analytical mindset when evaluating candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment.
• Experience hiring for remote or global teams (preferred).
• Background in high-growth startups or recruitment agencies (preferred).
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search) (preferred).
• Proven experience in enhancing recruiting workflows and processes (preferred).
• Exposure to hiring across internal business functions (Growth, Sales, Client Success, Operations) (preferred).
