This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee intake calls, role calibration, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer finalization.
• Ensure that active roles are thoroughly vetted and ready for interviews before candidate submission.
• Drive recruitment outcomes while adhering to established quality standards and timelines.
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Recruit for healthcare positions such as Patient Care Coordinators, Care Navigators, and Medical Billing Specialists.
• Recruit customer service positions including Customer Service Representatives and Bilingual Support Representatives.
• Recruit generalist positions such as Executive Assistants, Operations staff, and Administrative professionals.
• Assess candidate competencies, communication skills, and role fit without compromising hiring standards.
• Conduct targeted sourcing for niche, time-sensitive, or underperforming talent pipelines.
• Utilize LinkedIn and other sourcing tools effectively to enhance candidate pools.
• Collaborate with automation systems and internal sourcing resources to maximize results.
• Lead structured intake discussions to clarify success profiles and hiring trade-offs.
• Set attainable expectations regarding timelines and market conditions.
• Maintain precise ATS/CRM data and monitor role-level KPIs, including time-to-hire and conversion rates.
• Identify and address risks, bottlenecks, and process gaps proactively.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Proven track record in recruiting healthcare and customer service roles.
• Demonstrated capability to efficiently close generalist positions.
• Strong skills in screening, structured evaluation, and offer closure.
• Experience in recruiting for US-based clients.
• KPI-focused, results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent, structured written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, high-performance settings.
• Experience in hiring for US-based startups or rapidly growing companies.
• Background in agency recruitment environments.
• Familiarity with performance-driven recruitment systems and scorecard methodologies.
