This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee or assist with comprehensive recruiting processes, such as requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer creation, and candidate correspondence.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the People & Culture teams to grasp workforce requirements, essential skills, and market conditions.
• Build and sustain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, internal talent identification, community involvement, and external partnerships.
• Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Keep precise records of candidates, requisitions, and process documentation within applicant tracking and recruitment systems.
• Leverage recruiting metrics, labor market insights, and process data to pinpoint opportunities for ongoing enhancement.
• Assist with recruiting projects and initiatives by gathering data, scheduling, documenting, reporting, and following up on activities.
• Support routine recruitment processes while enhancing knowledge of policies, systems, and best practices.
• Work with stakeholders to guarantee timely communication and effective hiring results.
• Contribute to workforce planning and talent pipeline strategies that align with current and future business objectives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, business leaders, People & Culture partners, Talent Acquisition team members, candidates, external talent communities, educational institutions, community organizations, workforce development partners, HR Operations, and other cross-functional support teams.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
• Experience in high-volume exempt and non-exempt recruiting.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Foundational experience in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, customer service, or a related field.
• Understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing methods, candidate evaluation techniques, and labor market dynamics.
• Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail and capability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to establish relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and recruitment technology platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and enhance processes.
• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team setting.
• Proven adaptability to learning and a commitment to continuous development.
• Experience in supporting recruitment efforts within manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or corporate settings is a plus.
• Experience in the Food and Beverage Services or Consumer Goods industries is a plus.
