This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic consultant to the organization, overseeing comprehensive talent strategies for corporate-level positions.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to create strategic hiring blueprints that reflect business objectives.
• Provide valuable insights regarding talent availability, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
• Advise leaders on selection strategies, interview frameworks, and hiring choices.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, transforming it from a transactional approach to a strategic one.
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for essential roles.
• Align recruitment efforts with diversity, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Engage and cultivate both passive and active candidates through a consistent employer branding message.
• Conduct competency-based evaluations and deliver well-calibrated talent recommendations.
• Sustain relationships with talent communities to address future hiring needs.
• Utilize Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and market intelligence tools to shape recruitment strategies.
• Leverage data to enhance sourcing channels, conversion rates, and overall decision-making.
• Lead projects aimed at improving process efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, and hiring results.
• Contribute to overarching talent acquisition initiatives and team development efforts.
• Foster trust-based relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Influence hiring choices through data-driven insights and consultative support.
• Ensure coherence among Talent Acquisition, HR, Compensation, and Business Leaders.
• Collaborate with Hiring Leaders, People & Culture Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Operations, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager for Supply Chain and R&D Functions.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Established capability to function as a consultative talent advisor to business executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for hiring and networking purposes.
• Experience in recruiting for salaried corporate and manufacturing supply chain positions (preferred).
• Background in CPG or food manufacturing sectors (preferred).
• Proven success in managing multiple job requisitions in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and influence (preferred).
• Familiarity with competency-based interviewing and structured selection methods (preferred).
• Proficient with Workday and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed (preferred).
• Basic understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements (preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities (preferred).
• Ability to navigate effectively within a matrixed organizational structure (preferred).
