Clinical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Evaluate incoming resumes and applications to pinpoint candidates suitable for advancement

• Conduct interviews with clinicians to assess their clinical, behavioral, and operational compatibility

• Keep clinicians updated and engaged during the hiring process

• Ensure a five-star candidate experience at every interaction

• Maintain precise candidate stages, notes, and statuses in the applicant tracking system

• Collaborate with the Provider Growth team to seamlessly transition candidates between pipeline stages, including offers and onboarding

⛳️ Requirements

• Part-time schedule of approximately 20–25 hours per week, with specific hours flexible based on candidate availability and business needs

• Warm and personable, able to build genuine rapport quickly with clinicians

• Strong judgment to assess clinical skills and temperament from resumes and interviews

• Organized, ensuring accurate and timely candidate data, notes, and follow-ups

• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to conduct consecutive interviews throughout the working day

• Capability to evaluate clinical, behavioral, and operational fit based on recruiting criteria

• Comfortable working hours in the Eastern Time Zone

• Must reside in Canada
