This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to convert business objectives into effective talent strategies.
• Facilitate intake discussions, establish success profiles, challenge existing assumptions, and clarify the requirements for exceptional talent.
• Manage impactful recruiting initiatives for professional, functional, technical, operational, and leadership positions.
• Create market-informed search strategies that effectively balance speed, quality, and long-term organizational fit.
• Provide valuable insights regarding talent availability, competitive hiring practices, geographic trends, compensation expectations, and workforce dynamics.
• Assist hiring teams in navigating structured, competency-based selection processes.
• Offer advice on candidate assessments, talent evaluations, and interview strategies.
• Foster candidate relationships and ensure transparent, professional, and values-aligned recruiting experiences.
• Contribute to the advancement of recruiting practices, tools, and processes.
• Mentor fellow Talent Acquisition Partners, share best practices, and enhance the capability of the function.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Over 7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience in corporate recruiting, executive search, agency, or RPO environments.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex or hard-to-fill searches.
• Experience collaborating with senior business leaders on hiring strategies.
• Advanced skills in sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline development.
• Strong abilities in candidate assessment and behavioral interviewing.
• Experience utilizing labor market data and recruiting analytics.
• Familiarity with OFCCP, EEO, DOL, and other employment regulations.
• Proficient in ATS and recruiting technologies.
• iCIMS applicant tracking experience is preferred.
• Background in public companies, private firms, or PE-backed environments is preferred.
• Understanding of multi-site manufacturing labor markets and pay transparency regulations is preferred.
• A proactive mindset with a strong drive for results.
• 5% annual incentive eligibility, contingent upon the business achieving financial goals and individual performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
