This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assess incoming resumes and applications to identify candidates worthy of progression.
• Conduct interviews with clinicians, often managing consecutive calls throughout the workday.
• Analyze candidates' clinical, behavioral, and operational compatibility in line with Provider Growth team criteria.
• Keep clinicians informed and engaged during the hiring process.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Oversee the recruitment pipeline within the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure that candidate stages, notes, and statuses are accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with the Provider Growth team to facilitate smooth transitions at each stage of the pipeline, including offers and onboarding.
• Assist in identifying outstanding therapists and psychologists who are enthusiastic about serving older adults.
• Availability for part-time work of approximately 20–25 hours per week.
• Capability to work during Eastern Time Zone hours.
• Strong judgment in screening resumes and applications.
• Experience or capability to conduct clinician interviews and evaluate clinical, behavioral, and operational fit.
• Proficient in maintaining accurate candidate stages, notes, and statuses within an applicant tracking system.
• Ability to coordinate candidate transitions across various stages of the recruitment pipeline.
• Friendly, personable demeanor with the ability to establish rapport swiftly.
• Excellent organizational skills and prompt follow-up abilities.
