Talent Acquisition Partner, Active Sourcing

📋 Description

• Actively seek out candidates through various job boards, platforms, and sourcing channels.

• Employ advanced Boolean search techniques to pinpoint top talent.

• Create talent pipelines across diverse functions and levels of seniority.

• Discover exceptional passive candidates.

• Collaborate closely with recruiting and hiring managers to ensure alignment on hiring requirements.

• Craft outbound messaging that enhances candidate engagement.

• Assess candidates early in the hiring process.

• Transition qualified candidates into the recruiting pipeline.

• Keep organized sourcing workflows and track candidates effectively.

• Continuously refine sourcing strategies and the quality of outreach.

• Regularly iterate on sourcing techniques, messaging, and targeting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of full-time active sourcing experience is essential.

• Experience in sourcing from multiple job boards and sourcing platforms.

• Strong skills in outbound recruiting and candidate outreach.

• Proficient in utilizing advanced Boolean search techniques.

• Exceptional written English communication skills.

• Capable of managing several open searches concurrently.

• Experience in sourcing across a variety of functions and seniority levels is a significant advantage.

• Background in high-growth, e-commerce, or performance-oriented companies is a strong plus.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and contemporary sourcing tools is a strong plus.
