This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruitment process for positions within the German-speaking market

• Serve as a consultant to hiring managers

• Collaborate with local HR teams and business stakeholders

• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment efforts

• Represent the organization at external events


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities

• Strong knowledge of the German-speaking labor market

• In-depth understanding of sourcing strategies

• Proficiency in English and German (C1 level or native speaker)
