This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for positions within the German-speaking market across various functions and business units.
• Serve as a consultant to hiring managers by offering market insights and providing talent solutions.
• Collaborate with local HR and business stakeholders to actively address hiring requirements and develop proactive talent pipelines.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment practices.
• Represent the organization at external events while enhancing employer branding initiatives.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a comparable role.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and the ability to influence decisions.
• Solid understanding of the German-speaking labor market.
• Comprehensive knowledge of sourcing strategies, interview methodologies, and assessment tools.
• Proficiency in both German and English (C1 level or native speaker).
• Option to work remotely.
