Talent Acquisition Operations Program Manager

📋 Description

• Enhance and sustain workflows, reporting, and operational processes to facilitate efficient hiring.

• Examine data and trends related to recruiting operations.

• Create and assist in the enhancement and automation of workflows.

• Identify and address operational issues within the recruiting process.

• Establish and uphold operational documentation and governance standards.

• Oversee Talent Acquisition Operations projects and workstreams.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve operational enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, Talent Systems, HR Operations, or a similar operational role.

• Experience in supporting recruiting systems, ATS administration, workflow management, or operational programs within dynamic or growing organizations.

• Profound knowledge of recruiting operations, process enhancement, workflow design, and operational best practices.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Capability to independently oversee multiple priorities and projects while managing uncertainty.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms like Workday, Eightfold, or comparable technologies.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of professional experience and training.
