This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of a Fine Tune client, including ongoing auditing and recovery tasks along with client engagement.
• Ensure that projected savings are achieved and investigate any variances.
• Discover new optimization avenues that enhance savings for our clients, thereby increasing revenue for Fine Tune.
• Maintain records of credits, tasks, and other pertinent data in our CRM and various online platforms.
• Address client service inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
• Conduct supplier renewals, client renewals, and facilitate client expansions into additional service offerings.
• Report any overcharges or non-compliance issues to suppliers on behalf of our clients and ensure follow-up until corrections are made.
• Carry out other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, environmental studies, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, specifically in non-hazardous and hazardous waste program management.
• 3-5 years of intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to formulate and present business cases to clients in a professional manner.
• Strong critical thinking abilities.
• Highly detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Ability to work remotely in a distraction-free environment.
